Booking and Cancellation Conditions:

To ensure your reservation we ask for a 30% deposit.

The deposit is not refundable for any booking cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival.

Additional notes:

Please be advised that we do not have credit card facilities at the Mas.

We provide one pool towel for each person for the duration of their stay.

There is no extra charge for an end-of-stay clean in Gîte Madeleine or Apartment Juliette provided they are left in a reasonable condition.

WiFi is available at the Mas without charge.

We love dogs but many of our guests do not, so unfortunately we cannot accept dogs in the Mas.

Note that children need to be supervised in the common areas such as the Breakfast Room, Guest Lounge, Swimming Pool and Gardens. No responsibility can be accepted for unsupervised children at any time.
